Fishing – By mid
December our local ice fishing shacks will be out on the frozen waters of Lake
Winnipeg. The
fresh water lake is abundant with perch, walleye, northern pike, silver bas,
carp and even the occasional catfish, standing today as the world’s 12th
largest lake and Canada’s 6th largest.
Fishing licenses may be purchased in advance directly from the lodge.
